RIPPLE IS HOSTING 'SWELL' AND SO ARE XRP PRICES!

Ripple XRP prices are up 13 percent at $0.27 a token and it looks like prices will continue to increase as we come closer to Ripples anticipated conference.

Ripple is hosting SWELL next week and so are XRP prices! Ripple is a blockchain payments solution. If you are not familiar with the Ripple, imagine sending money to a friend or vendor in another country in a matter of seconds.

The transaction is still traceable and less costly. I work as a banker in Manhattan and I can testify that people and businesses would rave over such efficiency in money transfer. Recently, I assisted a business owner to send a wire transfer to Poland. He desperately and immediately needed the funds sent to his Polish bank account. He was not happy to find out that the wire would cost him $40 to send and three to five business days to process. First hand, I witnessed a customers’ duress from an archaic way of providing money services. Therefore, when I read about Ripples’ function as a “highway” for money transfer, I am reaffirmed that “the squeaky wheel still gets the oil.”

SWELL is an event hosted by Ripple to further its campaign for blockchain money transfer dominance. The three day conference will feature guests, who are treasurers and executives, with companies such as Airbnb, Fortune Magazine, GE Capital, Santander and Commercial Bank- to name a few. They will have discussions about goals, perspective and testimonials from “first-movers” who are running their payments services on Ripples’ blockchain. My eyebrows raised a bit to see that a former Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank will be championing Ripple as well.

I believe Ripple XRP prices will continue to trend upward as a direct result to the anticipation of SWELL. Subsequently, prices will break all time highs moving onward into 2018. This will be as result of the content and wealth of light that will be shed on Ripples’ capability to improve payments and money transfer service. If you are not a newbie to the cryptocurrency space, then you know how announcements and news impacts the market prices of coins. The great thing about this conference is you can livestream watch it from the Ripple website and closely gauge the market price temperature.

As the prices continue to go up, there may be a price correction for a nice entry point to get the full affect from the SWELL.

That concludes my thoughts on Ripple. I will surely be keeping my eyes on this company and its token going forward.
