Delphy (DPY).. so new it's not even on CMC yet!

That's right.. Delphy.
And you've probably never heard of it because it originated in China.... In Chinese... with a Chinese ICO that you had no idea was going on....

So now... today, September 1st.
Delphy has launched!
on BTeR... yeah... that Chinese exchange you've never used....
Well now it's trading at a price of...

about .0039 ETH per DPY

So what the heck is DPY anyways??

Allegedly it's another Gnosis...
yeah GNO has a big price-tag... idk why...
and last I checked they didn't have anything set to launch until 2018..

Bo Wang, ex-Factom Co-founder and Engineering VP , is CTO of Wanglu Technology. Lu and Wang graduated from Beijing University.

Lu and Wang are co-founders of Factom and leader of the technology and products... Factom... So clearly Mr. Wang has some experiance with the Blockchain... he's probably taking this Delphy project very seriously...

If you're not already aware... the prediction market is a huge... a multi-billion dollar industry.
it's the gambling industry... sorta
placing bets on a predicted outcome...

Although parts of the website are available in English, The FAQ part appears to only be available in Chinese.
Therefore I had to use Google Translate to make sense of it...

It appears that there will be some form of dividend distribution to shareholders... or... token holders...
kinda like proof of stake?

Here we go..

They actually make reference to their competitors..(nice to know they realize who their up against)..
and... they also see ... the weakness.... "claims" but no actual working product.
Obviously the solution is to be a first mover in acutally bringing a product to the table.

If this is anything like the product they intend or actually have available to bring ot the table... this.... will move mountains in the prediction market. However, this is just a picture.. I've yet to see the actual working product.... on the speculation side... I'm liking where this is headed.
