Simple definition of airdrop
AIRDROP is the term used to describe the process of free distribution of a predetermined amount of virtual currencies to a group of stakeholders who previously signed up.
Just before a coin is launch, there is always a draft of how the coin will be made available, which include, Airdrops, pre-sale of ICO, sale of ICO, listing on an exchange site.

How to participate
Airdrops seats are limited. Those who sign up first have priority. To grab your drop, just add your requested wallet address to the Airdrop page and fill the Google form provided. The registration dates are always announced on twitter, telegram and BitCoinTalk Thread. Most coin require you join; http://bitcointalk.org/

When do airdrops end?
The registration for Airdrops ends when the time limit expires or the number of available vacancies is filled. Some airdrops have limits to number of participants required, some have a deadline as indicated on the website.

When will you receive you Airdrop?
The Airdrop deliveries varies, depending on the time set by the token developer, some start 24H after the end of the registrations. It may take several hours for the transfer to complete dues to some factors such transaction fees, too many applications to process, multiple account sorting. Etc.

How to make money with airdrop
Once registrations for airdrops are close, distributions follows, then you wait patiently for the coin to be listed on an exchange site, where you can trade the airdrop for bitcoin aand then back to your desired fiat currency, which serves as an extra income. The more airdrop you participate in , the higher your chances of making more money.
A lot of people have been earning from this airdrop for a while, but only a few people are sharing information about it.

Digital wallet;

Public key
In the context of virtual currencies, Public Key is the public address of your wallet, see it as a bank account number.

Private Key
A "Private Key" can be considered the password of your wallet. To manage the value of the portfolio it is necessary to know the public and private keys. The "Private Key" must be printed when it is generated and stored in a safe place (Paper Wallet). If you lose the "Private Key", you'll lose access to your wallet, at the present there's no way to recover a Private Key.
