1- Australia Launches Crypto Regulations

Regulations here, regulations there... Australia is the most recent to release new cryptocurrency related regulations.

According to Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC)'s website, ‘digital currency exchanges’ must from now on register with authorities, as well as commit to various reporting and identity checking procedures.

The exchanges have been given a six-month grace period before the new regulations come fully in place. During this period AUSTRAC will be more lenient on operators who fall short of requirements.

2- Floyd Mayweather-Backed ICO Charged With Fraud

The cryptocurrency ICO, Intra Tech, which was promoted by the legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather, has just been charged with fraud!

Intra Tech, the company that raised over $32 million through an ICO last year, has recently been filed charges against by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to the SEC, Centra lied about having relationships with large financial institutions — including Visa, Mastercard, and Bancorp — firms which sent Centra numerous cease-and-desist letters.

Auch... Floyd definitely didn't hit this investment as accurately as he hits his opponents!...

3- Monex Shares Jump Following News Of Coincheck Acquisition

There have been some rumors lately that Monex Group, a Tokyo-based financial services group, is considering buying Coincheck!

Shares in Monex jumped over 23% off the news that the retail investor was eyeing the Japanese exchange that was notoriously hacked this year. This would be the saving grace for Coincheck! After the $500 million NEM hack, the exchange has been in some deep trouble...

4-How Much Does McAfee's Promotion Cost?

A so-called "crypto influencer”, John McAfee, has been definitely known for shilling a lot of "GREAT" and often really "LEGIT" cryptocurrency projects...

But now, there's actually been released some information about how much companies are willing to pay for a John McAfee tweet!

While prices for many of the services are not listed, something that might sound shocking, especially for someone who's not into social media marketing, is the fact that his clients are willing to pay OVER $100,000 for a shoutout of his!

I definitely would! Not because I like the guy (I actually really dislike him), but because it's actually a really great way to reach people. The guy has over 800,000 followers... And the actual reach of McAfee goes far beyond his own followers! If you have an actual project (not some of these sh*tcoins that McAfee promotes), this would be a great way to reach over one million people for under a penny/person.
