Team:
Seems like a good team with previous experience in software development and facial recognition. The reason I give them a 3 is because some linkedin profiles are poor and have not even a single connection, which mean they probably just created for the ocassion (not meaning they are fake).

Vision:
I think they try to solve a real problem and that surveillance sector is a really profitable one.

Product:
Is nice to see that they already have a basic MVP to show how the real app would work. My only concern is that i don't clearly see why blockchain is required for this project.
