to withdraw the tip you need to have smartcash address. You can get a smartcash address a few ways. (1) on an exchange such as stocks.exchange (2)by downloading the smartcash desktop wallet, or web wallet. then you would say to the bot "@ snmartbot withdraw 15 YourSmartCashAddress"
