Matthew Lasko “The Free Money Guy” says Cryptocurrency is a Gamble/Scam?!
Matthew Lesko, the author who made himself a name in the 90s writing the book on how to get “free money” from the United States government, claimed that cryptocurrencies are a scam and Bitcoin is a “gamble,” he said in a recent interview. Lesko argues that cryptocurrency is a scam because it’s not backed by anything and is not regulated?!? He feels like anything that’s not regulated you get screwed!? My opinion I think he’s from the old school and is not fond of this new technology.. My thoughts. What’s y’all thoughts on Lesko?

"Not backed by anything" - Is the best evidence he is so oldschool, that he would try to insert coins into a smartphone. People like him only understand material goods. He doesn't understand things that are backed by technology, algorithms and chances to restructure the whole world because they provide direct social and financial interaction.
But once you have made yourself a name you become some kind of oracle to people who just listen and never validate. That's the reason why some people improve and gain while others miss the train and blame.

@cryptodollar1 I for one can somewhat empethize with him as far as it not being backed by anything. That was my initial reaction. If you can't touch it then it is not tangible. I however did my research and looked into the Crypto-sphere to find out what it was all about. (With a little push from my kids.) I now feel very confident that crypto will be the future. If not for me, but at least my kids and their kids going forward.

I think your right! This is definitely the currency of the future! Old heads are never up to date with futuristic technology! Once there are more breakthroughs with the technology, more people will start using it instead of fiat. Steemit is at the forfront of this movement! Glad to be a part of it! =) Following you!
