Is it hacked?:

For any of you that have been active in the crypto community within the last day, you have probably seen the headlines.  Yesterday, Binance tweeted out that they are undergoing maintenance. So of course, as when any crypto site has maintenance,  everyone freaked out thinking it could be hacked. They then put out another post early today saying that the maintenance will be lasting a little longer than expected. Only making people more worried. All through this suspending trading of crypto in its downtime.

However, even though there site is down I do not think it is hacked. For one, they themselves said that they have not been hacked. So even that says enough, but some people are still skeptical. With people like John Mcafee spreading news all about this "maintenance", it has just become more of a widespread panic. This is due to if binance was to be hacked, it would crush the crypto market even harder than its been crush lately. As binance is one of the biggest exchanges, undoubtedly this would probably be bigger than that 530 million dollar coincheck hack that just happened last week. Even though binance is a relatively new crypto exchange compared to most, it has proven itself to be one of the best. Now, it has had most of its market share through China, and has a extremely smart leader Changpeng Zhao. The more you see how good of an exchange it is, the more I doubt this is a hack. 

Let me remind everyone once again. A little while back when coinbase was in maintenance everyone was scared that they got hacked, or was steeling money themselves. Few months later, it is not hacked! Everytime this happens on an exchange, people get worried. However, usually unless it's bitconnect🤣 everything turns out alright. Calm yourselves steemians! This is maintenance, just wait tomorrow to see what happens.
