Don't know much about Cloak.

Cloak is an extremely undervalued coin by circ supply/price.... it is a real project and you can tell by their good 24 hour volume for a rank 200+ coin.
5m circ supply is very low, I would expect this coin to be one of the top 5 biggest gainers of 2018 because it could pop to $100 and still be cheap because of its low circ supply.
