TraDove (BBC) short ICO review

Hello guys, in this article I will present a short summary of TraDove (BBC) ICO and what do I think of the project, based on a few criteria.

Token metrics

Hard cap is pretty high for current market conditions and only 50% of the tokens are sold through the ICO, which leaves a lot of tokens at the team's disposal.

Roadmap

The roadmap is long, but vague, with no real value to be released further, besides a lot of marketing.

Team

Advisors

The team is very strong and it is TraDove's main selling point. As far as the advisers go, I don't know how much they are involved in the project besides investing in it.

Idea

The idea is unique in the cryptocurrency space and the blockchain technology could be very well implemented within the B2B industry.

Grade: 5/5

Prototype

TraDove is an already existing business that has a working platform already, but the blockchain implementation is still to be developed.

Grade: 3/5

Token utility

The BBC token will be used within the TraDove platform to pay for prioritized or value-added utilities, such as notifying sellers as to buyers' searched or expressed needs. I don't see that much utility for the token, since the payments on the platform can also be made in fiat currency and the investors are not motivated to hold their tokens at all.

Competition

I don't really see any competition so far within the crypto-space, but I expect to see a lot more in future, since the B2B market is huge and the blockchain could really take it one step further in terms of efficiency.

Hype

Telegram channel has >10.000 users, which is above average, Twitter has around 4.000 followers, but the team didn't focus a lot on marketing, which could lead to a potential dump as soon as it hits exchanges.

Overall conclusion

TraDove has a very strong team and a unique idea, but has a big market cap and lacks marketing, which could be bad for investors short-term. However, if properly developed and marketed, the project could be worth investing long-term.

Final grade: 3,5/5 (decent)
