Bitfury is coming to Canada!!

I found an interesting article on bloomberg.com about the creation of a new company, Hut 8 Mining Corp. which will be listed on TSX this month, joining forces with Bitfury.
Bitfury is the main competitor to Bitmain in the market of ASIC based mining hardware. Where Bitmain is selling their products to smaller inverstors in the form of Antminer A9, Bitfury is catering to larger pockets with their 100,000 ASIC chips packaged into a 40-foot shipping container it calls a BlockBox which retails around 1 million $.
Also Mike Novogratz seems to be one of the investors in Hut8 too.
