District0X trading on Bittrex delayed as a result of oversight by the exchange
Leading up to the announcement that DNT would be added to Bittrex, there was some doubt that it would ever happen. The team stated that they would not be paying listing fees to be added to exchanges such as Bittrex, saying that a legitimate project shouldn't need to pay, but rather the demand should be enough to put it on an exchange. This was the case for projects like Aragon and Status. Neither team even reached out to the exchange. That being said, the District0x team was not against contacting exchanges.
The District0x co-founder Joe Urgo (@Joe in the Slack) took care of contacting Bittrex earlier this week, and today Bittrex announced that DNT would begin trading.

All seemed fine until Bittrex put the market on hold and tweeted that there was a problem with the compliance review.

It's not entirely clear when exactly the market will be open, but Bittrex-Rami on slack has stated that it may be by next week.
All in all, this is good news despite the mistake by Bittrex. It shows that the demand for this project is enough by Bittrex's standards and it also gave the exchange the opportunity to identify and resolve shortcomings with their coin submission process.
