The Real Problem With Crypto Exchanges- Customer Service!!!

and yet still no ether , they have it now for 18 days, being a trader this is unacceptable. If your bank where to have made a mistake and admit to it (which they at least have), do you think they would at least redeposit your money within 18 days? Of course they would.
I have not yet to encounter the customer service from Poloniex, Bittrexx, Coinbase, GDAX because so far I have not had any trouble moving my coins around with their platforms. But by reading forums, etc I see they have their issues as well. What the Crypto world desperately needs is an exchange with good customer service. Because what is going on now is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
