Yes, well it's normal. Big players bought lots of equipment to mine coins so they will do everything they can to support mineable coins. As long as the community thinks that these coins have more value PIVX price isn't going anywhere nearterm... And people think still that's only a fork of Dash. And let's be honest it isn't about making money quick with PIVX. Ico's are much more attractive, just have a look at some Youtubers.. influence them, buy into it and sell right after it hits the exchange. I takes some time until the real projects will stand out...
