Crypto loan exchanges (Good or bad?)

So is all these new exchanges-companies that are working to do loans with crypto a good thing, there are so many new ones coming out, how could they possibly think it's safe to loan a asset to someone in a different country, most countries will not let a company come in from another country to collect a debt. I just don't see this working out anytime soon, if at all ever unless that company is based in said country and only loan to it's own citizens other than that I don't know it's up in the air . I will not be using these services myself. Let me now what you all think on this subject... have a great day everyone...
