I understand what this guy says, and about how he creates / structures corporations.

However, i would like to manufacture real products and employee (contract) real people in america.

Although, just manufacturing, across the border, in Tijuana avoids SOOOOO many hassles, money problems, tax problems, insurance problems, litigation problems...

But it isn't what i desire... so do you have anyone who has ideas in this area?
