Bottom, finally?

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

Long time no see... As cryptos are my hobby, i'm not dedicated on day to day bases anymore. I used to be (trying to be :) ) a day trader but it's consuming the best of me so i gave up.

This crash leaves me divided because on one side i'd like things to reverse so i can look at my blockfolio without throwing up. On the other side, if #Bitcoin would go lower i could buy some more #NEO and #Cardano for "peanuts". I would LOVE to see #NEO back at 30$ or #ADA back at 0.03$ at least for a day... Even if it means BTC going down to 5k for a day...

I'm not really aiming at #Bitcoin itself during this time because i think others can double their value before BTC does. If you check the #CoinMarketCap you'll see that the first time #Bitcoin hit bottom, alts weren't suffering as much as they do now. Maybe i'm wrong, but that gives me an idea that alts will spring back up quickly at least to the levels they were at on 06.02. when #Bitcoin was weak as well. Do you agree?

This period i used to buy some other coins. For example i got some more of #PRL (Oyster) as initial price i got it for was a suicide. I got burnt a lot. Now, i'll have a bit of a leverage to cancel out my loss.

#OPC (OpCoin) started staking like crazy, from initial 2000 coins i purchased some 2 months ago, now i have 14000! You guess, even with those 14k i'm in a loss (about 50$) but hey - hyper staking shitcoin. I asked for it :))

#BITB (Bean Cash) i started staking, no stakes so far.

#XSPC (Spectre coin) - i purchased some more because initial batch i got when Spectre was on 5$! I'm telling you - i am the CryptoNoob :) Now, with this "bottom" prices i got enough #XSPEC to cancel out any loss. Also, i realized #XSPEC can be staked! I had no idea. I have to leave my wallet running, but with 100 coins i received a stake of 2 units in just one day! How crazy?!

#SYNX (Syndicate) - i couldn't resist it... Watching #AlphaCrypto Youtube channel i was astonished by consistent staking of this coin month after month... It was expensive until recently so i managed to stop myself from FOMO-ing. Now, i got it and after one day of staking i received 5 units! :) Huge minus is a VERY ugly wallet interface... If they offer me some coins (i'm not even asking for fia money :D ) i could create a better looking wallet for them, i'm so pissed by current design :)

#ACT (#Achain) - got about 500 i think. Low price, has staking but i don't have to keep my wallet online. I think this will give some profit in few months.

#PO.ET - it's not a staking coin but i got it purely because i had it in my sight for some time, it was just expensive. I wanna have few coins from every single niche of problems that crypto should resolve. A bit from everything...

As you can see - i'm surviving this horrible period by investing into staking coins. Instead of checking #CoinMarketCap all the time, i'm checking my wallets and whenever i see a stake, i feel a bit better.

Next staking coin i would like to try is #KMD - #Komodo. What do you think? Do you have some staking coins to recommend? #POLIS seems very cheap now, also you can get a masternode for about 2 - 3k but i wouldn't invest in a masternode unless i'm sure about coin future.

P.S. i also used recent 30% discount on #HashFlare to reinvest some of my bitcoin earnings and add up a bit using fiat into #ZEC (#ZCash) mining. Let's see in few months if that will pay off or not...
