New York State Calls For Own Cryptocurrency Research

The State of New York Plans to Release Its Own Cryptocurrency by calling for research into a Cryptocurrency that is backed by the State.

Just like Venezuela's Petro, New York State could possibly launch an initial coin offering (ICO). So, while China has completely banned cryptocurrency, a popular state in the union is getting ready to launch its very own cryptocurrency if approved by the local State government.

I think that China has a cryptocurrency plan; this plan could be to launch its own closed blockchain powered cryptocurrency because as we blockchain techy knows, there are three forms of blockchains.
