Hey I have $500 invested in RegalCoin and i've already made interest withdrawals to my BTC wallet. If you decide to invest, just be careful and don't invest too much. Even though withdrawals are working fine you gotta be careful.
I'd stick with Bitconnect and just put a bit into RegalCoin as a backup.
As I said people with less then 1000$ are able to withdraw
