Christine Lagarde head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has confirmed that cryptos are here to stay, by conceeding that it would be unwise to dismiss virtual currencies and that actually some countries with unstable currencies, may actually embrace them as an alternative to the dollar.

She stopped short of talking complete sense by stating...

"The best response by central bankers is to continue running effective monetary policy, while being open to fresh ideas and new demands, as economies evolve."

Really ? bankers running effective monetary policy.... we may have to disagree on that one !
