[Warning] Poloniex won't process a 15,000 USD deposit

Over 1 month ago, I deposited about 15,000 USD worth of a counterparty token (SJCX) at Poloniex. As of this date, this has yet to be credited to my account, and Poloniex has all but ignored my ticket. Given that some people have had some luck with Poloniex responding to social media requests, I'm hoping this will get their attention.
Regardless of the outcome, I hope that this serves as a warning to everyone. I used to have good luck with Poloniex, but recently they have been abysmal. Here is the same story you've been seeing over and over again.
Ticket created.
No response in one week, so I ping them.
No response for one more week, so I complain on reddit.
One day later, a note is added to my ticket saying that they will have an engineer look into it.
One more week goes by with no response.
Another ping, and another week with no response.
I've had enough, and am treating this as a loss. Please don't make the same mistake as I did: use a different exchange.
Aww, i am very sorry that happened. Ive been seeing a lot of new that they have been scamming people, which makes me question about them.

Please provide your blockchain transaction ID for the deposit.
This stuff is getting ridiculous -- A lot of people seem to be lying about the thefts of Poloniex and I'm not saying YOU are, but every time I have had an issue and supplied the proper tx IDs its been resolved in a matter of hours.
So please, provide some actual evidence instead of just a post that can't be proven or frankly trusted.
