Just to add. The SHL project is potentially a game changer for the internet as rumour is that it will aim to decentralize the internet.

As the existing internet is being strangled by net neutrality regulations and access controlled by ISP's, shell could be a step towards the initial vision of the internet which is free and open global communication between devices without any ISP controlling access.

Between SHL and PRL a site could host content (videos for example) and earn money while the consumer watches.

This provides free content for viewer and income for creators without any adverts or middle men taking a cut. Connecting viewers straight to creators just by viewing.

If it works it is potentially revolutionary tech in the same way as the internet or the printing press.

This is blockchain technology implemented in the real world.
