Achain Blockchain Team has strong beliefs that a successful community that will be able to create an impressive number of quality promotional articles and videos at the same time will indeed give a boost in popularity to the dedicated subject/project.
What we are building is essentially a community of Freelancers
Freelancers that work together, creating content and releasing it all at the same time on as many socialising platforms as possible
We hope to grow the community to Thousands of members from witch we will select only those that have the willingness to work hard and prove to be a true candidate
To be part of the Achain Talented Community you need to be actively participating and constantly following Achain's latest news to be knowledge ready for making up an article or video of Achain's latest progress.

Main rules to Join the talented team are:

To be Registered on, Reddit, Bitcoin talk, Twitter Facebook, Medium.com, Telegram, LinkedIn and a few more (list to be given)
Each Achain Talented Community Member will have to join as many social media platforms as possible to be able to share the content written on Steemit.com in order to attract more attention and have the article or video seen by thousands of people
A full list will be given, all members have to share their content and build up a fan base of their own, so Interacting with followers is a must

Exemple :
(If our community grows to 1000 members and from those only 100 are chosen to participate in the making of the promotional activities, with the remaining 900 members we could easily ask them to share our content

(So a community of thousands of members is a must, in time with hard work and dedication we will get them)

Reward pool

1 Week Round Time
1st way of splitting the reward

1000 Achain Tokens will be paid for 10,000 Views
Example have 10 participants in the making of promotional content requested by Achain
1000 Act reward for reaching 10,000 views can be split equally between all that participated
So that will be 100 Act each
1000act +10 members+ 10,000 views =100 act each

A second way of splitting the Reward can be done based on the number of views individually

1st has 3000 views =300 Achain Tokens
2nd has 2500 views = 250 Achain Tokens
3rd has 2000 views = 200 Achain Tokens
4-10 = 6 members only 400 views each = 40 Achain Tokens for each of them

(This second way of splitting the reward from the pool is a fair system to make the participant follow up with his duties to get more views, To be voted by the community members)

Reward pool consists of 1000 act a week
We will take from the reward pool Achain Tokens based on the number of views
If we only manage 5000 views we only get 500 Achain Tokens to be split between us!

Reward pool can increase when our team grows and shows significant progress and professionalism !
