CCRB! Important Update on Pending CCRB In Your Account From The Token Pre-Sale...

We have an important update for you regarding CCRB that you have earned from referrals to the ccrb.io website and how this will be handled going forward - please make sure you read all of the below carefully in order to fully familiarise yourself with all the details.

In keeping with the usual structure of a cryptocurrency Token Sale, our terms and conditions for the Sale stipulated that any CCRB that you had earned from all qualified referral bonuses would only be released to you once the Token Sale is over, unless the person(s) that you had referred made a purchase on the CCRB website - either of additional CCRB, or through the Shop & Mine section on the site.

There has been a certain amount of confusion over the exact structure of the Token Sale and how these types of sale work in practice, with a number of people who accumulated referrals being under the impression that their pending CCRB would be released once the Pre-Sale had finished, rather than when the main Token Sale has finished, which comes after the Pre-Sale.

It was never our intention to release any CCRB prior to the main Token Sale finishing other than for the 10% CCRB Sale referral bonus where the referred person(s) had gone on to purchase additional CCRB through the website, but we apologise if this was not made clear enough.

Please find below details of the process going forward:

IF AT LEAST ONE OF YOUR REFERRED PERSON(S) HAS BEEN ACTIVE ON THE SITE
In light of the feedback that we have received over the past couple of days since the Pre-Sale finished, a decision has been made to release all pending CCRB that has been earned from referrals to the website, if at least one of the person(s) that has been referred has made a CCRB purchase on the site. This process has now been implemented with immediate affect, and if you meet these conditions, you should now see that your CCRB has been transferred from your pending account to your Approved CCRB account.

We also have a new dashboard that clearly displays the amount of CCRB that has been transferred to your pending account, as well as a clear breakdown of how many validated person(s) you have referred and your specific affiliate bonus from each of them.

Once you log back into your CCRB account you will see the new dashboard under the 'Refer & Earn' tab of the site.

Please note that for CCRB that has been earned as commission from person(s) you have referred that have gone on to make purchases on the site, you will be able to withdraw your earnings as either CCRB, BTC or ETH.

For commission that has been earned from person(s) that have simply registered on the site but have NOT gone on to purchase, the commission can only be withdraw as CCRB, and not BTC or ETH.

IF NONE OF YOUR REFERRED PERSON(S) HAVE BEEN ACTIVE ON THE SITE

If you have referred people to the website but no-one you have referred has gone on to make a purchase on the site or be active in the Shop & Mine section of the website, then we are unable to transfer your pending CCRB into your Approved CCRB account at this time - however please read the next few paragraphs carefully to make yourself fully aware of why and what will happen next with regards to this.

Regrettably we have experienced some abuse of the system and there have been examples of some referrers creating numerous fake email addresses in order to try and unethically extract CCRB from us from fake referrals - as I am sure you will understand, we cannot allow this to happen, and unfortunately the people that have done this have caused a delay in administering the earned CCRB to genuine referrers who have worked so hard to drive others to the site.

With this in mind, we have the appropriate systems in place to identify fake referrers which is a process that we are working through now but it will take us a certain amount of time to complete this process.

Therefore the current situation is that if you have successfully referred people but none of them have gone on to purchase on the CCRB website, then your pending CCRB will be released to you after the Flash Sale as initially stipulated, once the appropriate and necessary checks have been completed.

HOW THE VALIDATION PROCESS WILL WORK

A full validation system will be in place which will start immediately, and during the process you will have the chance to provide feedback and speak to us personally if you have any questions or do not fully agree or understand with anything that is decided regarding the status of your pending CCRB.

Please bear with us whilst we work through this process as quickly as possible, and rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your approved CCRB to you as soon as we can, providing you have sent us nothing but genuine referrals.

We massively appreciate the hard work and fantastic dedication of all of you who have worked so hard and been so committed to providing genuine referrals during the duration of the Pre-Sale, and you have our word that we will get your CCRB to you as soon as we can, based on the conditions outlined above.

NEW SYSTEM FOR THE MAIN TOKEN SALE

Please note that now that the Pre-Sale is over and we have entered the main Token Sale, there is a new and improved Bonus structure for referrals that we need to make you aware of, this includes additional Bonuses which are also available to you for referrals you have made during the Pre-Sale.

Please read the below carefully and make sure you are fully familiar with exactly how the new bonus structure works during the main Token Sale, to avoid any confusion or misinterpretation going forward:

During the main Token Sale which runs from midnight on Sunday 28th January 2018 for 90 days, you will only receive commission from referrals to ccrb.io that either go on to make a purchase of additional CCRB on the website, or who are active in the Shop & Mine section of the website.

The only exception to these terms is if you refer more than 100 validated and genuine users to the site, in which case, providing at least 20% or more of the people you refer go on to make a purchase of additional CCRB or become active in the Shop & Mine section of the site, you will then be paid referral commission for all person(s) that you have referred.
