[ICO] IPSX: A Decentralized Platform for the Exchange of IPs Using Smart Contracts

Dear friends!

It's a known fact that the governments or the Internet providers can limit the access to some web-sites or other resources in the Web. Sometimes this can be justified like in the case with porn sites which are prohibited for children access, but in most cases such limitations just come from the mean government policy developed for taking more control over people. Of course, if there is a limitation, there is a solution. Some of us are already used to using remote IPs. Thanks to them it's possible to bypass these political restrictions, feel even more free while surfing in the Internet and ensure even more security of your data. Not many of you ever thought about the processes behind this possibility. Today I will tell you about the improved solution for IP renting and sharing.

IPSX is an experienced team of crypto enthusiasts who leverage the advantages of the blockchain technology to lower the IPs rental prices, ensure high quality of sharing and the liquidity. What I like the most about their solution is, to the contrary of the similar projects, the economy behind the IP-related processes. All the transactions as well as fees on the platform will be paid in IPSX utility tokens and recorded in the blockchain. One user shares his/her IP address and another one (might be on the other side of the Earth) use it for an agreed period of time. For this purpose, they will be able to use their smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and even data centers. The platform will also provide an opportunity to develop custom apps based on the IPSX SDK and APIs.

This is only a brief description of the concept. For more technical details, please see the Whitepaper here: https://ip.sx/dist/Whitepaper-IPSX-05.pdf.

For potential investors: Whitelist already open!

In order to raise funds for the platform development, the team has planned a crowdfunding period which will be implemented in 4 stages: initial investment (for the IPSX project founders), private investment (for accredited investors and strategic business partners, finished in November), private pre-sale (for early community members), public crowd sale (from 28 February till 5 March). The hard cap is pretty decent ($9.4M) which in most cases means that the price after release will be higher than during ICO.

The reasons I think IP Exchange is a good idea for investment are as follows. Firstly, the project is on ICO drops, and not all projects can get there, and secondly, a small cap. Usually projects with a small cap go to the exchanges at a price higher than ICO. Thirdly, more than a half of the tokens were sold during the pre-sale, which means that there is a demand, and most likely the team will easily collect their hardcap. There is a high probability that this will happen on the first day, if the market is not falling. Thanks to the combination of an interesting idea and a strong team, IP Exchange looks attractive for investing.
