Coinbase

Has anyone had a credit card purchase canceled?
I bought bitcoin on cc a couple of nights ago.... woke to find the transaction canceled...... and my purchase limit not reset! So now stuck waiting watching as the price goes up ..... very frustrating and no response from support.
