We start recovering a little and then the ultimate pump and dump
Very little volume, on small exchanges, easily manipulated. Should we just be used to these pump and dumps?
Maybe Coinmarketcap shouldnt list coins without a few requirements to save people from getting trapped.

I have never heard of this. How in the world does a coin go up that much in 24 hours. Clear scam/manipulation.
It's simply a few people pumping (look at the low volume), and then other people FOMO'ing in, then left holding the bags when the original people exit. We won't be seeing this coin in a few days.
True! This is really what hurts the market.
