Suretly ICO Opens While Under DDOS Attack

After just posting the circumstances about the pre-ICO concerns related to InsureX we have some news about the Suretly ICO. We just posted our profile of the Suretly ICO as it opened earlier today.

Awaiting the opening, I was keeping my eye on the website and crowdsale progress bar and the progress bar was going nowhere. I joined the slack group and there was a lot of concern regarding the issues people were having contributing and accessing their accounts.

I messaged directly with a Suretly team member and he gave me some information.

The Suretly site was and continues to be under a DDOS attack. The information is being collected and all contributions are being received. They have their data spread across 14 servers so they are able to weather the storm and damage that a DDOS attack can have, Although there is no exact details of the total contributions so far I was told that there was already over 1.5 million dollars raised. This is already 15% of their hard cap.
