Crypto Regulation in France

At first, AMF (French Financial Regulatory Authority) blacklisted several cryptocurrency sites. They are suspicious of cryptocurrencies which are considered as a source of crime. However, recently the Minister of Finance of France stated that "France will not be left behind in the Blockchain revolution". Indirectly, their view of Blockchain has changed from untrusted to trusted. The quote from the crypto regulations that was made is "The Cryptocurrency Community is ready to pay taxes as long as they don't confiscate". These regulations make crypto sites that were previously blacklisted changed to whitelist (with certain considerations).
