Everything you need to know about Aethia, the new cryptocurrency game!

The following post is going to explain to you what Aethia is and why you should keep an eye on this new adventure most steeminians embarked in!

1.WHAT IS AETHIA?

   Aethia creates a fantasy world where you can raise your own creatures, named Ethergotchi.

Ethergotchi can be sold for impressive amounts of ethereum in the crypto market, all you have to do is take care of them. 

The creature are given to you under the form of an egg, you have to take care of it and everything you do influences the type of creature that will evolve from it.

2.GAME PERIODS.

   1.The registration (pre-alpha) period lasted since 2nd February to 9th February and it allowed you to acquire a free egg by sharing your referral link to others so they can join the game too. Using your link to register and verifying their accounts, you would get closer to getting an egg. The more referrals you got, the important the egg was. As you can see in the picture below if the other users don't verify with the code that was sent to their e-mail then you can not receive your reward (meaning the creature egg). If you got an alpha egg (transfering 0 ETH from you ethereum wallet) you could also have a common one (Alpha eggs went out of stock.). For a common egg you had to obtain 3 referrals (a common egg is worth 0.01 ETH ) , for a rare one you needed 10 referrals (worth 0.05)

    2.WHEN DOES THE REAL GAME START?

The real game starts on the 19th of February, the Ethergotchi bidding are  starting on march (you can sell your creature in any stage of their life).

3. HOW DOES A CREATURE GROW?

Once a creature evolves from the egg stage, it enters the child stage, where it has to be taken care of and it cannot work or breed(it is said that it takes 30 days for it to grow). You have to train it and feed it so it doesn't die. If you neglect your creature, you have one week after its death to revive it otherwise you will lose it, also eggs can not die or be lost! If the creature dies of natural causes, it transforms itself in another egg and then a new, more powerful Ethergotchi is going to appear.

4. WITH WHAT AM I GOING TO FEED THE CREATURES?

Every user can receive special tokens so they can buy food for their creature, if you have more than one then you receive a bigger amount of tokens. In the child stage you have to feed it and keep it happy, and when it grows you can put him to work but you have to be careful because working also decreases happiness level.

5. CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ETHERGOTCHI?

The answer is yes, you can have more than one, you may buy one or breed the one you have with another creature! Attention! Your creature has only one chance to breed. You have to use a special potion for the breeding to take place. In order for you to receive the new egg, you have to give the other creature an amount of ETH as a trade.
