Gdax and Coinbase problem

Not saying that these sites are scam or anything like that, just trying to raise some awareness to help some people get their money. Tons of cases of people buying their coins from these websites and not getting what they paid for. This happened to some people I know aswell, it wasn´t a lot of money but it´s still a mess. I just want to get all these cases straight.
