Public Testing for Energi 3.0 Has Been Announced

Energi's plan on migrating to a newer state is started happening. taking its first step on releasing its public beta testing. The Coin migration was announced before by the team explaining what the process would be, and now that we're all aware of what's gonna happen then i guess its really the right time to put things in action.
