Art could be a way to help the public understand cryptocurrencies, says the artist named Cryptograffiti, from San Francisco. He presented his work at the Bitcoin2019 event where he spoke, in a CoinDesk interview, about the impact of art in the crypto space, and about his work in South America.
"I have dedicated my work to trying to educate about this space so that more people can understand it," he says.
Cryptograffiti also wants to draw attention to how cryptocurrencies can help the economic and social crisis in Venezuela. The artist has collaborated with projects that have the same goal, and claims that they have redefined his expectations regarding the impact of cryptocurrencies as a solution to the situation in Venezuela.
Telegram token in pre-sale
The new digital token created by Telegram called "the Gram" will enter its pre-sale at the price of $ 4, 201% more than what Telegram investors paid in the second initial price offer in March 2018.
The Japanese exchange platform Liquid by Quoine, responsible for its pre-sale, will offer a 12.5% discount for those who buy Gram using QASH, Liquid's native token. It is estimated that the sale will start on July 10, and residents of Japan, USA and dozens of other countries will not be eligible to buy tokens (Romania is not included in this list).
