Prior to the increasing demand of application development in this present digitalized world, the need for a more faster and better method for executing and testing of application building is a paramount necessity for developers. Developers are majorly faced with the challenges of executing thousands of tests every day which usually takes
hours before completion, making it difficult for them to do as much as possible simultaneously due to time factor. The scaling of DevOps infrastructure among other requirements becomes very intensive and will require extensive effort on planning and configuring. Now, with Buddy, the developers and organizations have been eased of the stress and time consumption of maintaining DevOps infrastructure so they can focus on shipping and improving their automation metrics to boost their businesses.

INTRODUCING BUDDY

Buddy is a decentralized development platform for scalable building of applications.
Buddy assist large organizations that runs hundreds of application buildings, tests and other DevOps tasks everyday by helping them execute the major.

Buddy Team came into function in 2007, but the creation of Buddy was in 2015 which was borne out of a necessity to vertically apply automation in the building of applications and its developmental process so as to enable developers focus more on the creative aspect of the application without having to waste most of their time on simultaneous task. Buddy was then released in 2016 which in turn got a huge positive response from the blockchain community thereby given them the opportunity to partner with various other Apps with higher edge, apps like Google, Github, Microsoft etc.

Buddy aims at enabling third party developers make profit from their own scripts that is being submitted on the DevOps Marketplace. Thereby encouraging constant improvements to the automation marketplace. The exchange in the DevOps marketplace are facilitated by the BUD tokens. The Buddy Token is a utility token based on Ethereum (ERC20) serves as a medium for developers to purchase and sell automation scripts, giving developers the opportunity to interact with one another and sell each other scripts in an open and decentralised environment.
