The only negative point I've found so far is the geographic location. The same address in Liechtenstein was used by a company which is mentioned in Panama papers. Nothing particular, but it unpurifies the corporate image. Eterbase should be able to explain easily the details around that.

Most of the existing platforms can not provide that safety as they can avoid the law if they don't decide to follow the law. KYC policy will be respected since crypto-fiat trading will be possible.
