Altcoin Rush?

I've recently noticed that Bitcoin is kind of stabilizing at this point, while Ethereum is SKYROCKETING! This is most likely due to the news regarding Metropolis, the new Ethereum coin from the result of a fork.

Other than that, everything else seems to be going up. For example, on my Bittrex account, I can always go to my dashboard and it will show everday, that different coins just start skyrocketing. One day it might be something random like LGD or even Blackcoin, but that's not my point.

I'm prediciting that in the near future, there will be an altcoin rush. It's going to be a time where a good handful of random coins under $1 will go up. I know this sounds like crazy speculation, but I have some information to back my claim.

For a while now (about a month) I've been mining Bytecoin, hoping that it will go up so I can ride a price increase. Not to mention, it was less than 1 cent, so I knew it would be easy to mine, so even if it went up to 1 cent, I would make some money. Yesterday I had accumulated 1,200 Bytecoin from mining just a week, and what do you know, it went up from 0.001 cents to 0.0025! This isn't SUPER significant, but it's a good sign. Let me explain.

If you didn't know, Bytecoin is one of THE OLDEST altcoins to date. Not to mention, the market size is fairly big.

Will this coin go up or down from here? I don't really know.
