My sentiments on the market

For a long time I have been holding on to my sentiments on the Crypto market. It's been going crazy in the last few days and the crash did shake up a lot of people. It did shake me up, seeing my portfolio just running down was painful. I was hoping that from that point it was going to be an upward movement but rather it crashed down beyond imagination :-( and I was feeling utterly sad and even disappointed.

It's just been in the last 2 to 3 years that more and more people are now getting into the crypto space and for those new entrants if they have had a major loss in this game then forever they would not want to enter the market and have negative emotions about it. As it is many people still believe that it's a lobby for black market and now this whole incident makes it look like it's just not a lobby for black marketing but it's like a gambling casino. Some of my friends for a long time did not want to get into the crypto space and they had recently started showing interest, but after this crash now they are again in two minds if they should invest or not.

These kind of incidents do play up on the psyche of the people. To be very honest, even I am not having too much of good emotions for the market now, especially with the altcoins. Crypto may be the future but not with this kind of volatility where possibly one day your stakes can just become zero or go down more then 50%. Risk is a part of crypto market, that is understood, but this was a pure manipulation and it destroyed the whole market.

I guess at this point of time only BTC is a safe bet and rest all the coins are a gamble, if they happen, well and good else it's just luck. I have never been into trading, I find that space the most riskiest and I am not the one who would like to take very big risk in life. Let's see what the market brings in for us in the future. I believe it will take quite some time to recover.
