In reference to bitmex, we can see the highest volume on bitmex against BTC in last 24hrs.
Time will tell whether this truely start of the bull period.
Sometimes it's just good to enjoy a simply positive day.

Interesting to see that the pump came when BTC dominance seemed to have gone below 50% for the first time in months as some altcoins have been performing well this year.
