SEARCHING FOR A TEAM -> Proof of Existence -> Mining without resources -> Proof of Random

Hey guys,

I'm searching for a team to develop a new cryptocurrency. The coin uses a system called ProofofExistence (might rename that), that basically gives everyone the same chance to mine a block without using much resources. To archive that, the node that solves a block has to give the block to a random node in the network, so to say you don't mine for yourself, but for a random person in the network.
Only by mining with a min. Hashrate, you are able to get into the reward pool. That way we can produce a fixed Hashrate for the entire network, that everyone has to use (less = no reward / to much = increasing cost without higher chance of mining)
Using a dual block system and ProofOfRandom, we can make sure that the rewarded node is chosen randomly.
I don't expect to have a perfect team, or that this coin becomes the next Bitcoin! The goal of this project is to produce a proof of concept for PoE, learn about blockchain development and have fun!
