Bitconnect was issued its cease and desist order Jan 4th from the Texas State Securities Board just as Arise Banks was shut down from Texas AG

And then here is the one from Arise bank. I caught this just after I learned it was issued and posted about it yesterday/

My advice going forward, Avoid filing in Texas if you are an ICO or a Crypto based business. You will likely get shutdown
