First of all, EOS is not a blockchain, rather a distributed database management system. EOS block producers are highly centralized and users can only access the network using block producers as intermediaries. Block producers have already been found guilty of colluding to maintain their role as block producers, There is no protection against bad actors forming cartels to control the system.

Also, it may be a bit outdated and I am not sure what the current situation is, but last year only 10 EOS accounts seemingly own almost 50% of EOS tokens
