European crypto bank project's distrubution

After yesterday's tokens distribution of the European crypto bank project holders, there was unofficial sale on forkdelta in spite of the fact that official date listing on the exchanges is planned for July 16 of this year.

Nevertheless, to end of ICO there was more than a month, soft cap is reached is close to that to collect hard cap also now. The official price of token sale is 0.50$
On this case the administration of the project didn't comment in any way, perhaps on Izz of the fact that not the considerable sum of tokens at the price about 0.018$ has been sold out...
