The liability will shift the data towards the Pioneers in proving the ownership for every detail for sending them to the data consumers. The data sources are combined for encouraging the data consumers for purchasing from the different participants in the network. This will make a room for observing if the same data exists in multiple contracts and if it does then it will enable them avoiding the purchase of duplicate data from the Quadrant network.

Quadrant needs to aggregate the availability of Quadrant from the newer constellations at each level that comes along with the data value chain. This will be done through the use case in which the top Data Consumers can source data directly through the millions of devices at once. The Quadrant protocol will enable the top layer of the constellation in the purchase of corresponding the constellation triggered for enabling the release of remuneration to the parties from the Location Aggregators to the SDKs and Publishers.
Token Distribution
The process of token distribution is wider. The new user cases are been projected for emerging the individual devices by the sensors of remunerating the data contributions. This will require the application sources from IoT requiring millions of individual endpoints producing useful data products. The endpoints will also need remunerations from the micro-payments by making the use of QUAD token in the Quadrant network.
