I was just promoting substratum to a friend of mine earlier tonight who was going on about the woes of politics and things like net neutrality. Net neutrality would be null and void, pointless even with things like Substratum changing the landscape of ISPs.
Net neutrality plays a key role for now, however, should this projects succeed this we can revisit net neutrality.
If a project like this REALLY flourished, net neutrality would just be made obsolete.
