And there is nothing you can do about it.
In some US states they have a "Stand your Ground" law. Allowing home owners to defend their homes and families. They are even allowed to use force and kill intruders.
Of course you should not kill a thief that tries to steal your funds, but wouldn't it be nice to prevent your funds from someone who randomly stumbled upon your private key.
Of course this is highly unlikely, but it is possible and there is nothing you can do about it.
