The "The Effect Network" project consists of 3 phases that do not require payments or fees, has a very low entry barrier and offers rapid growth to users. The market is designed so that the algorithms have the ability to communicate with each other, either to interact or communicate with other algorithms or to purchase services.
Phase 3 "Power effect": this last phase will provide us with a decentralized and distributed platform that will execute the most popular advanced learning frameworks; the engine of this platform is based on learning networks such as Caffe, MXNet and Tensor Flow; They will distribute the computational power of all artificial intelligences (AI) through alliances with projects such as Golem with their supercomputer or create the framework ourselves.
Effect Force will have many impacts and economic benefits, as it would generate income for those members who participate in the network and provide artificial intelligence to the Effect Network and this will improve the lives of many people.
