Mission Impossible ? My first Bitcoin transaction...and how I lost.steemCreated with Sketch.

Hello all,

I have been into the Bitcoin game for a little while and have seen it rise substantially in the last couple of years.

My first ever Bitcoin transaction was not the best. I first met a guy off of craigslist to purchase .5 bitcoin, in which I paid $250 for!

It was an experience that felt to me like I was in a Mission Impossible movie and purchasing secret codes from a Russian Hacker!

After purchasing my .5 btc, I thought I was being cautious by placing them into a TOR Wallet....WRONG!!!! This was the stupidest thing I'd ever done and didn't do my research. The Onion Wallet turned out to be a scam and I lost my damn money!!!! I was SOOOOOOOOOO Pissed and still am!!! Lesson learned, I guess.

If you are a Noob....Please do your research.
