The American Vote Coin
What if we had a vote coin for every American citizen. This coin would be worth $1.00(I use $1 as an example). Everyone would be issued this coin. Once you register to vote you are issued your coin, and your coin wallet. If you vote you use your coin, but you wallet remains active as long as you are registered to vote.
If you do not vote that year you lose your coin whether you are registered or not, and it goes back into a pot of unused coins for that voting season.
All the citizens that voted get to split the unused pot of coins tax free!! So you voted, and your wallet would fill up with a fraction of the unused coins from the unused pot to do with as you wish, but you have to spend them before the next voting season.
This could be done on a federal, state, and local level!
