Read up on the project! That was my first thought aswell, but please, do some research. It's a very interesting project with a solid concept. They don't offer higher rates and they aren't paying you from their own pockets, they pay you with the profit they make. They make less profit, you get less returns.
That's the main difference with all these ponzi schemes/frauds. MonetizeCoin uses YOUR money to fund YOUR campaign but take a cut because they facilitate it.
