CEO BLOG | Start of a new accounting era
This is the first article of a new weekly blog list. A new era in accounting, a new era for EZYcount, a new era in EZYcount communication. My aim is to be direct, transparent and inclusive in what we do at EZYcount. We are not there yet but we are working hard toward it.
This list of articles, keep you up to date with the life at EZYcount: our successes, our laughs but also the challenges we face and the mistakes we do. This article and hopefully all the ones that will follow are a direct message from me (Vivien Fuhrer) co-founder of EZYcount to our customers, our partners, all self-employed, startups, entrepreneurs and all doers and makers which wake up every morning hustling all they can to move their business forward. I'm not a professional writer but I'll write with my heart and entrepreneurial spirit 💪
This first article is a bit long, there was so much to say. I'll try to make it shorter next time. I'll do my best to be concise. Enjoy the reading as much as I enjoyed the writing 😊.

This week, I'll focus on four news:
- EZYcount new era: AI-powered blockchain accounting project,
- EZYcount new homepage,
- EZYcount invoicing (EZYinvoice) new servers and
- One article we wrote was published in the UK on IT Pro Portal
EZYcount new era: AI-powered blockchain accounting project
EZYcount is moving towards an AI-powered blockchain accounting. We aim to automate 100% of accounting.
That is why we started this project and wrote a white paper which should be published next week (and will definitely be part of my next article next Saturday). It is currently under review by an English writer to perfect the style and writing.
The AI-powered blockchain accounting will be built on top of EZYcout current solution. It will simplify the use of EZYcount, make it faster, simpler and more efficient for customers and fiduciaries.
Watch out, there will also be opportunities for you to support us and take part in this project 👏.

New homepage
Wow! 🎉🎉 We did it. I was so excited when we finally turned the new homepage on! 💓 This has been months in the making. The new homepage focus on our strengths: ultra-simple accounting software so simple that everyone is able to use and learn it quickly; a solution available everywhere at any time on any device with backup; a direct and friendly support and a direct access to me if needed.
Unfortunately, for the ones that had the old login page saved for a direct access, the redirection didn't work so you had to go through the homepage to login in EZYcount. I hope this didn't disturb you too much, if yes, I apologize.
One of the news on the homepage is the skype button to call us straight away and at the bottom of it, you can register your email to receive our newsletter.

EZYcount invoicing has new servers
Due to the growth in users of EZYcount invoicing, the solution was not fast enough in the last weeks. To solve this, we migrated EZYcount invoicing on a brand new server. During our tests, we saw a significant improvement in speed and I hope you see it too. Big clap from me to our developers who managed the migration very well.

Our article "How to create the regulatory framework for Blockchain’s mass adoption" was published in IT Pro Portal on Wednesday. We are thrilled to see our vision and expertise published outside of Switzerland. Common standards must first be developed before blockchain technology can be adopted on a large scale.

Next week
- I'll be present in Lugano at the ICO Race. I'm also looking forward to writing about that event in the next article.
- The white paper of the new AI-powered blockchain accounting will be ready and eventually published.
- We are creating more pages on the new EZYcount website to better describe EZYcount solution and offer.
- You can also reserve the date of the 11th of June (12h). I'll be presenting EZYcount AI-powered blockchain accounting
during Genilem Valais General Assembly at the Espace Création. It's an open event. After the presentation, there will
be time to mingle and chat. I'm looking forward to it!
From next article, I'll always include a tool or tips for you to take with you during the reading but I guess for today it's already a lot of text. Go hustle and change the world!
